More Lego Batman!

After LEGO Batman's awesome opening weekend to +$55M it's been party time at Bricksburg. The best part about making this film has been sharing it with my friends and family and my friends-family. Here's a Bricksburg crew photo taken by Lin Pictures to celebrate our Fresh Rating at Rotten Tomatoes!

Looking forward to another great weekend with LEGO Batman in the lead for President's Day Weekend!

Over the holiday break I was contacted by Estelle Tang to comment on Women and Diversity in the Animation Industry, specifically THR's Feature Animation Roundtable for 2016.

I was very honoured to be interviewed alongside Brenda Chapman, Niki Yang, and Maija Burnett for this important conversation. Special thanks to Estelle Tang and the ELLE Team! You can read the full article here:

New LEGO Batman vehicles revealed

So excited to see our designs being made into real Lego sets. Crazy to think it was two years ago we were coming up with these ideas.

Here's what the official word on the movie is: In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.
